I am unable to view my AI-900 certificate, which I achieved over 48 hours ago. When I attempt to go to the 'Certificates' tab using the link to my Microsoft Learning Dashboard provided in the email I received following my certifications, the page will not load. I am not receiving any error message; just a blank screen. This same issue applies when I attempt to go to my 'Transcripts' page. Also, my AI-900 badge is not visible, although I can access the 'Badges' page.
I have tried using Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Edge, both in normal and Incognito/InPrivate modes.
