FSLogix profiles - black screen after login

We have a problem with FSLogix on our fat clients Windows 10 Enterprise (1909). If the globe is still there when starting, respectively if there is no network connection yet, only a black screen appears when logging in. This can only be fixed by manually (for example ctrl + alt + delete and log out) log out and log back in. Does anyone have a solution?

1.Did you install fslogix on win10 or terminal server?

2.If you install fslogix on terminal server and please look the os version and os version number?[for example windows 10 enterprise 1809 (os build 17763.316)]

3.Please reduce redirected devices to problematical RD session host server then check result?

4.Please check if the issue happen on new created domain user?

if the issue also happen on new created domain user, we can don't use Fslogix for the new domain user account by adding this account to FSlogix profile/ODFC exclude list, then check if the issue also happen.

if the issue not happen on new created domain user, please check what's difference between new domain user and existed domain user(like user policy,redirected devices etc)?

  1. win10 (Fat Client) Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise 1909 (10.0.18363)

  2. it's not on an terminal server

  3. The issue happen directly on the client, it's not a RD Session

  4. The same situation is not only with new users, it is with every login the problem, even if the user was already logged in several times on the same device.

Globally speaking, if the network connection is available for the login, there is no problem, respectively the settings for the FSLogix are correct.

5.Do you have issue below condition?
Fslogix has been installed on Windows 10 Enterprise (1909) VM, we use win10 1909 physical computer to remote access this Windows 10 Enterprise (1909) VM, then black screen happen?

6.Do you use Fslogix on win10 VM in Citrix environment and Hyper-v ?

7.Please add a test account to FSlogix profile/ODFC exclude list, then check if the issue also happen?

8.When the problem happened, are there any event log in below location on fslogix profile loading win10 VM?
event viewer\windows logs\
application
security
system

applications and services logs\windows\user profile service\
operational enable

These are physical devices (fat clients) running Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise 1909 (10.0.18363), not VM Windows 10 devices

Do you mean you remote access from physical win10 Enterprise 1909 (10.0.18363) to one win10 VM, meanwhile win10 VM will load Fslogix profile in remote session, but the remote session give you black screen like below picture?
If I mis understand your issue, could you please explain your condition detail ?

i your issue related to network adapter, could you please update network card driver then check if the same issue happen?

It happens when we want to log on directly to the physical client, we always have to wait a moment with the login. The problem exists on every client (we mainly use Dell Optiplex 7050), update of the network card and also of the BIOS did not bring any change.

So I suspect you are using roaming profile( not Fslogix profile)for physical computer Windows 10 Enterprise 1909 (10.0.18363).

2.If we unplug the network cable from your issue Windows 10 Enterprise 1909 then logon it, will the black screen issue happen?

3.Please check if we can logon local account and domain account on this problematical Windows 10 Enterprise 1909.

4.When we can logon this issue win10 by any account, are there any event logs in below location for issue account profile loading issue win10?

security
system

applications and services logs\windows\user profile service\
operational enable
