Lost Certification Account

I'm supposed to take the 900 Fundamental exam through Certiport this Friday. My confirmation from IT Expert System was sent Date: Sat, Feb 20, 2021 at 2:28 PM. I went through the process to redeem my exam back in February and now I can't remember which account the voucher is in or if it's just gone(there was never an option to print it), I have been forced to create so many accounts I can't keep track. I tried the steps sent to me back in February and there seems to be no record of the voucher ever existing even with the email I used to register. I have one account I can not access because the 2-step code is never sent to my phone(yes it is the correct number). Is there anyway it can be tracked down through the email I used to register for the training days?

It's very hard to find help and there seems to be no tag I can attach that makes sense. When I do I get "This form has errors.."

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam scheduling / vouchers in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
