SSRS Problem: Monitoring failed in Deploying Wizard

Hi! I have a problem

I have a problem with SSRS. All was fine, but after change db in SSRS... In SFb Wizard

PageLoadCount: 3 RoutedEventArgs Handled state: False

Deploying Monitoring Reports... This might take a few minutes.

The Monitoring Database is using SQL instance "s376.company.com\mon22". The data source is using SQL instance "(local)\mon22". The following URL will be used for deployment: https://S376.company.com:443/ReportServer_MON22 SQL Server logon credentials for "company\admin" already exist. Use the existing logon credentials. "[QoEMetrics]" role "[ReportsReadOnlyRole]" has already assigned to "company\admin". "[LcsCDR]" role "[ReportsReadOnlyRole]" has already assigned to "company\admin". Start to deploy reports... System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: The report server was unable to validate the integrity of encrypted data in the database. ---> Microsoft.ReportingServices.Diagnostics.Utilities.CannotValidateEncryptedDataException: The report server was unable to validate the integrity of encrypted data in the database. at Microsoft.ReportingServices.Library.ReportingService2005Impl.FindItems(String Folder, BooleanOperatorEnum BooleanOperator, Property[] SearchOptions, SearchCondition[] Conditions, ServerCompatLevel compatLevel, CatalogItemList& Items) at Microsoft.ReportingServices.WebServer.ReportingService2005.FindItems(String Folder, BooleanOperatorEnum BooleanOperator, SearchCondition[] Conditions, CatalogItem[]& Items) An error occurred when deploying Monitoring Reports. For details, see the log.

What we did:

Remove encription keys

Change DB to Previous

Change users etc... Nothing.

Don't even suggest reading Microsoft guides. First, I read, Second, they do not cover SSRS configuration.

@ViktarBachkouski-1311,

Where do you change the database? In SSRS or Skype for Business Wizard?

Do you back up the encryption keys before removing it?

If you have backup, try to recovery the encryption key and change the database to previous one to check if it is fixed.

Meanwhile, in regard of this error message -- The report server was unable to validate the integrity of encrypted data in the database, you could restart the services and try again. Many people discuss this topic here. You could refer to it.

A remove key with data, there was no important information for us yet.

I've tried restarting the process in SFB WIzzard dozens of times. I changed users and groups in SSRS and SFB settings and nothing helped.

And the worst thing is that macrosoft does not have a single manual on how to prepare an SSRS service, how to install a database for monitoring, BEFORE installing from SFB Wizzard. This is trash ....
