Hi,

one of our admins has deleted 200 AAD registered devices, that were registered on user initiative (add work or schoolaccount).

As a result, these users can no longer access office.com.

Error:
Something went wrong
Your organisation has deleted this device.
To fix this, contact your system administrator and provide the error code 700003.

I've already managed to delete the workaccount configured on the devices, but the error remains.

I can resolve this issue by deleting the local user profile, so the fix must be somewhere present in C:\users and/or HKCU

Did anyone already have similar issues?

So thi should help:

Q: How do I unjoin a Hybrid Azure AD joined device locally on the device?

A: For hybrid Azure AD joined devices, make sure to turn off automatic registration. Then the scheduled task doesn't register the device again. Next, open a command prompt as an administrator and enter dsregcmd.exe /debug /leave. Or run this command as a script across several devices to unjoin in bulk.

"Deleting devices in your on-premises AD or Azure AD does not remove registration on the client. It will only prevent access to resources using device as an identity (e.g. Conditional Access). Read additional information on how to remove registration on the client."

The method suggested by @theodorbrander is the recommended approach to unregister a device from Azure AD.

If you just want to find the registration information for the user, you can find it here : HKCU:/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows NT/CurrentVersion/WorkplaceJoin/AADNGC/ {user GUID}

Hey,
Hit start menu -> type in Accounts -> go to "Work & School" accounts -> delete the one in there. Re-sign into the profile in Outlook.
This fixes it.

what you need to do is go to properties-accounts-work or school, and if you are working on a hybrid environment you'll need to do disconnected to to domain
after you'll restart the computer you'll be able to see the email address as well at the same location and than do disconnect to that also.
after you've done it renter with your email 365 account and than you're device will be rejoining in the azure portal as well.

I have the same question and also I cannot be able to sign with administration credentials to the deleted devices, can anyone there to help me on this?

If the user that has the problem is just a user as an account type in the control panel , should i turn his profile to administrator before i run the cmd ?

For me simply opening and refreshing emails in outlook worked for accessing powerbi after error 700003
