Hi All
we are using exchange 2016 hybrid environment. All my users are in office 365(i.e they are migrated to office365 or have remote mailboxes). couple of users are facing issue with Teams Add-in outlook, the Teams add-in is grayed out to them in outlook. Please guide me how to fix this issue.
In the teams admin portal, under meeting policies Outlook Add-in is enabled. we are controlling teams access through AD group and user is member of this AD group.
