Cannot create Azure Data Lake Analytics Instance

I am trying to set up a data lake analytics instance and when I click review+create, it quickly flickers the red selection dot to review+create but then doesn't select it. When I select review+create without the button and then click create, nothing happens. I have used both Brave and Chrome browsers to attempt to set one up. When using the developer tools in google chrome the only possible explanation is the following warning:

MsPortalImpl/Base/Base.KnockoutBindingSanitizer 0 Base.KnockoutBindingSanitizer: Support for the 'click' binding will soon be removed. Replace uses of 'click' with 'fxclick'. Find 'fxclick' samples at: https://aka.ms/portalfx/fxclicklink.

Will use the Azure CLI to create an instance for the time being. Please fix.

    Hey @NathanFisher-4880,

I have tried to create Azure Data Lake Analytics Instance without any issue.

Note: Make sure to fill all the mandatory fields to create Azure Data Lake Analytics.

I have noticed the same behaviour and able to create Azure Data Lake Analytics after couple of clicks.
