Māori translation wildly incorrect

Hi,

I am trying to use the Translate function within OneNote (which uses Azure) to translate from Māori to English but it is wildly incorrect.
How do we go about getting this functionality as good as Google Translate and also recognizing the macrons? - Māori not Maori

Thanks.

@RubyK-0287 Are you using the Azure translator API within onenote for this translation?
You can provide feedback on this thread for any discrepancies which we can report to our team internally or post ideas on feedback forum for Azure cognitive services under language.

Hi @romungi-MSFT
I am using the View>Translate functionality within OneNote. I am not sure how to check if it is Azure translator API.

Days of the week are translating incorrectly:

Tuesday = Rātu (showing as 'Session')

Wednesday = Rāapa (showing as 'Ruth')

Thursday = Rāpare (showing as 'Frame')

Friday = Rāmere (showing as 'Rose)

You will also see in the screenshot that the months are also translating incorrectly.

@RubyK-0287 Thanks for the details. It seems like you are using translation feature of onenote, This is not directly related to Azure translator API so we would request to post the feedback on our one note forum as explained here for one note related issues.
