Outlook and Teams not working in one of the Pixel 2 XL mobile phone

Outlook and Teams not working in one of the Pixel 2 XL mobile phone in our organisation. When user clicks add account, it gives ' An error occured'. Same in Teams. OneDrive and Word is working.

Device is compliant and have reinstalled company portal and Outlook multiple times.

Does the account work in general or another device? Have you checked the sign-in data?

Hi Rahul,

User dosent have another device he can test on. I checked the sign in data and there are no failures.

Correction- User has logged in to laptop and it works file. OWA works fine as well. . I meant no other mobile device.

Hello, @muser-0387 , I recommend fixing it with the help of Settings > Accounts & Sync.

Here add your new account. To do this, choose Outlook and Exchange after it. This will give you some options beyond defaults. For example, you will have the possibility to enter the server address manually. Don't forget to deactivate AutoSync, this helped me.

Another suggestion is Settings > Help &Feedback > Contact Support. This option works always the best)
