I would like to unsubscribe from Office 365 Family package since I realized that due to being a student I can have it available for free. I saw that a refund is available 30 days after the first charge. I initially posted a query here one day after the charge and was notified, that I should speak to an agent about it. Two weeks have passed since. I have been trying to connect via the online "talk to an agent" functionality, where eventually I am prompted to give my phone number and receive a call, but as many times I try, I always get notified, that they cannot call me back. I have also tried to call the support lines, but as soon as I choose my option with the operator, a.k.a. Office 365, I am redirected to the same online page for online support where no connection is provided. I wanted to ask you to help me connect and see if I can get the refund and how I should proceed.
