Using Outlook 365 16.0.13127.21624 64bit on Win 10 Enterprise 21H1.
I'm trying to add my GMail inbox to my Enterprise Outlook. I have clients that are unable to add their GMail account to Outlook.
To add the GMail Account I followed the instructions online:
Outlook > File Menu> + Add Account
- enter Account name xxxxxxx@gmail.com
- enter the password
- authenticate with 2FA GMail window by tapping accept on my mobile Android
- Get presented with the following Authorization window, but I can't click the "Allow" button. Both the Allow and Deny button are greyed out, and I'm not able to click on them. I'm unable to tab to the buttons, pressing enter or any combination of clicking will not register.
- I have tried alternate methods of adding the GMail account, like removing 2FA, and using the less secure app, and neither of those work either.
- This feels like an Internet Explorer related issue.

, I could add Gmail account normally like below
