memory dumps

Good night.
1.With the last update of Win 10 the computer began to have memory dumps, a blue screen with a sad face and an error appeared.
Supposedly that update was to repair errors from past updates.
What should I do?

Hi,

Thanks for posting on our forum!

Based on your descriptions, the quickest way that you can try to solve your issue is to uninstall the current update that you have just installed, but this will lead to removing any security updates or other improvements from that update.

Basically, you need to read these articles to conduct a general troubleshooting which includes collecting memory dump files, for your issue (Microsoft calls it stop error):

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/client-management/troubleshoot-stop-errors

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/sbs/windows/troubleshoot-blue-screen-errors-5c62726c-6489-52da-a372-3f73142c14ad

Besides, here is a case that analyzing dump files, the blogger posted his or her files on the blog, and there were technical supporters giving certain analysis. If some of your files are the same with the blogger's, you can try the solutions the supporters gave in the first hand:

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-performance-winpc/windows-10-blue-screen-memory-dump/d5300c22-5ea4-425b-b41b-fcc12aee30b1

Thanks for your support!

BR,
Joan
