How do I take over admin rights for an old email domain?

I am trying to gain admin rights over my business email address (that was set up back in 2009). The company who initially set it up claim they have no record of it on their system, yet it clearly shows they still have admin rights over it when I've looked at Azure and on the settings of the email? How can I reclaim it so that I can use it again?

Hi @LMal-9107 , is your business email from a domain you registered? Have you not used it since 2009? When did you integrate it with Azure?

Hi @LMal-9107 , unless this domain has been registered through or integrated with Azure, the domain rights belong to where you purchased or rented the domain. Please contact them if this is the case.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Best,
James
