Redirecting to Pearson Vue is failing while scheduling exam

Hi,

while scheduling AZ-900 exam via Microsoft ESI I get an error in the last step while redirecting to Pearson Vue:

"We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam. To resolve the issue, try these steps in this order and return to the exam page to schedule the exam:
Use Internet Explorer (version 9 or above) or Edge
Clear all cache and cookies
Use the InPrivate option in Internet Explorer or Edge
If the issue persists, you can contact Pearson VUE Support to schedule the exam. If you still need help, please click Ask a question on the Microsoft Certification Program support forum."

I contacted the Pearson VUE Support but they told me that I need to contact Microsoft Support to solve the problem. Please can you help me to schedule the exam?

Thanks
Christian

Up to 10 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 3.0 MiB each and 30.0 MiB total.

Just as a hint: I tried to schedule the exam with multiple browsers including Edge, in private mode, clearing cache and cookies and so on but the error still appears.

Hi @SchrederChristian-2728,

Please note that Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums, the supported products are listed over here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/products.

You can ask the experts in the dedicated Microsoft Certification - Exams - Exam Registration and Scheduling forum over here:
