Hi , The issue was not related to the authentication as all forms on other site collections worked fine.
However the issue is resolved by updating the SOAP URL
Thanks for your response.

Hi, @Romilabaretto-0689 ,
What error are you receiving when try to use the form? If possible please provide a screenshot of the error. And is this a issue on certain form or all the InfoPath forms?
If this is an issue on specific form, please share us with more information about the form. How do you set it up, and does the data connection you mention in the thread return any error message when you modify and try to re-create?
As it seems to be an issue right after the migration process, how do you finish the migration process? Are you using DB migration or 3rd party tools to migrate from 2010 to 2016?
And for the InfoPath form, is it a form containing custom code? If you migrate the farm with DB method, have you test the form in the test SharePoint 2013 farm?

Hi @JerryXu-MSFT
Thanks for your response.
DB migration was used. Its a simple InfoPath form where I'm getting the error message "There has been an error while processing the form.
Click OK to resume filling out the form. You may want to check your form data for errors " on the site when i try to click on 'New item'.
ULs logs shows the below error:
The following query failed: GetUserProfileByName (User: 0#.w|Domain\Username,
Exception Message: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error. Server was unable to process request. --->
Hi, @Romilabaretto-0689 ,
Are you using Claim-based authentication in the SP2016 environment? You can have a check on the IIS log and event viewer for more detailed information about the error.
