Random end-users that are currently on a Windows 7 build are experiencing the following 3 issues with Skype / Outlook
1) When attempting to create a new Skype Meeting (Outlook) they receive EM: Create Skype Meeting Failed. Please make sure that Skype for Business is running and signed-in and try again
2) When clicking on Meet Now (Skype) EM: An error occurred during the Skype Meeting
3) When trying to add a user into an ongoing call (Skype) EM: An error occurred
This issue only affects a small percentage of users and can be resolved if the local profile is recreated for that said user. Has anyone come across this issue previous that could assist in finding the root cause?
NOTE: The Skype Meeting Add-in is enabled
