Azure Function v3 does not run in local Docker

I have azure function with HTTP trigger.
For some reason, when I debug on local machine I do not have any problems
But when I run it under docker, it does not respond. I do not see any errors in the Docker container though.

Can you please provide some more information about your environment so I can try to repro the issue?
What language is your function in?
To clarify, is the issue only appearing when you deploy your container to Azure, but your local copy of Docker is running the app just fine?
What version of the Functions Core Tools are you using to create the app? You can run 'func --version' to find this info.
