Greyed out Admin Permissions

I'm trying to add some Application permission scopes to my Azure app, but I keep getting the button "greyed-out" as seen below:

I'm an Application Admin in my organization, so I'm wondering do I need elevated privileges to add them, or am I missing something else?

Hi @AaronCheng-8070,

The least privileged permission needed to grant access to Microsoft Graph is Privileged Role Administrator, so if you are only an Application Admin that is probably why you are having this issue. Of course, that role also gives control over role assignments including Global Admin.
