Merci

Hi @XavierGAILLARD-4864 LLARD ,

Please kindly understand we only support English in our forum now, since your question is in French, I will try to understand your issue via machine translation, if there're any misunderstandings, please forgive me and re-edit your issue via English, thanks in advance.

As I know, only users inside your organization can use a shared mailbox and users outside your business can't get access to your shared mailbox. It's by design. For more information about shared mailbox, please refer to: About shared mailboxes.

Considering that you have a need to deal with emails from another organization, what type of account do you use? Based on my research and test on my Microsoft365 account, as a workaround to receive emails from another organization, It is suggested that you could try to contact the administrator to create a group and add you to the group in Microsoft 365 admin center.

Please refer to the following operations:
1. Log in Microsoft 365 admin center as administrator;
2. Users>Contacts>Add a contact, add users outside the organization as contacts;
3. Return to home page;
4. Groups>Active groups>Add a group>four steps are shown on the top left;
5. Group type: on the Choose a group type page, select Distribution. Click Next;
6. Basics: on the Set up the basics page, enter a Name, and Description if you choose. Click Next;
7. Settings: on the Edit settings page, enter Group emial address and check the box to Allow people outside of my organization to send email to this distribution group. Click Next;
8. Finish: on the Review and finish adding group, review the information and click Create group;
9. Close;
10. Return to home page;
11. Groups>Active groups>Distribution list>click the group you created>Members;
12. In the Group details window, on the Members tab, click View all and manage members;
13. Add members>choose the contacts you created, Add;
14.The page of save success appears, and click the fork in the upper right corner.

The group is successfully created, and when the emails sent from the group, you will receive them.

Hope the above is helpful to you!

Merci pour votre réponse, je pensais pouvoir accéder a une boite au lettre partagée d'une autre organisation. Je vais essayer de passer par le groupe. Le traducteur fonctionne correctement la réponse est clair. Merci encore
