I recommend you to open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and share this issue and make sure explain why you want this feature and how you are using it.
I was curious about this Reliability Analysis Component (RAC) task because Reliability Monitor in my PC was not working properly (means Informational events were not addressed).
I have asked this question in Microsoft Community and one of the Tech Expert provided the answer that this RAC task is no more present which lead to me thinking that if I can create a basic task called "RAC Task"..this will finally solve my Reliability Monitor problem.
But that didn't worked..So I have to revert back to final option to reset the Reliability Monitor.
This utlimately solved my problem.

Welcome, the Windows team will continually improving the product but in some cases they will remove a feature and in case you ask them to bring them back and justify the reason, they might reconsider or they might add an alternative.
