SharePoint Online, File Viewer doesn't preload automatically the content anymore

Hello Team,

The last view weeks the File Viewer object in SharePoint Online (used on a modern page) doesn't preload the content anymore automatically.
Before it loads and shows the content you need to hover onto the File Viewer object; then it loads the file; in the below example, a PowerPoint. Can you change it back so it automatically preloads the content first? If so, is this done on Admin level or can this be done in the settings of the SharePoint? Thank you.

Which browser are you using?

I test in my SharePoint Online with Google Chrome, it preloads the content automatically as following picture shows.

Hello @EmilyDu-MSFT

I'm also using Google Chrome (Version 91.0.4472.101 (Official Build) (64-bit)); I also tested in Edge and I got the same result. I also tested on another laptop under someone's account and I got the same behavior. Can this behavior may be managed in by a SharePoint admin if you know?

I also made a recording of the behavior, link. It shows that I need to hover onto the File Viewer object before the Presentation actually loads.

This behavior can not be managed by a SharePoint admin.

You could re-add the File Viewer web part then have a test.

If the issue persists, I suggest you open a service request with Microsoft.
