BizTalk 2013R2 to SharePoint Online - 'The adapter "Windows SharePoint Services" raised an error message. Details "Sequence contains no elements".'

Configured a BizTalk 2013R2 Receive Location to SharePoint Online.

The port is using a host running off an AD account associated with Office 365.
I'm entering the same credentials into the Location configs SharePoint Online Username and Password fields.

There's a simple Notes.xml file in the library we're trying to connect to.

BizTalk doesn't pick the file up (it doesnt vanish from the library as you'd expect it to), and instead generates this Windows Application event warning every second it's polled;

'The adapter "Windows SharePoint Services" raised an error message. Details "Sequence contains no elements".'

Can anyone advise on the correct way to setup a SharePoint Online connection?

Note; we have plenty of SharePoint 2010 connections with BizTalk 2013R2 and none of them have any difficulty in connecting; it's only with this SP Online port.

Thanks
