Azure Stack Hub ASDK Version 1.2102.0.9 - Infrastructure role unhealthy

Hello AzureStack-Team,

deployed ASDK 1.2102.0.9 sucessfully, but after some days, one Infrastructure role got unhealthy.

"Description:
The health controller Data Pruner is unavailable. This may affect health reports and metrics.
Remediation
Please contact Support. Customer Assistance is required to resolve this issue. Do not try to resolve this issue without their assistance. Before you open a support request, start the log file collection process using the guidance from https://aka.ms/azurestacklogfiles ."

I don´t know if it´s related to this role, but in the Adminportal under "Capacity" "Hyper-converged storage capacity" shows "No data is available" and "Physical memory" and "Public IP pools usage" all show no values (0%), but this worked fine in ASDK 2008.

Beside from this 2102 is running and i can provision ressources ...

Restarting the ASDK cleanly with stop-azurestack did not solve the issue.
Please tell me if you´re interested in the log files, or if this issue is known to you already.

wbr,
Robert

anonymous userMader-5404 This is a known issue with both Azure Stack and the ASDK. Azure Stack Integrated Systems was patched via a hotfix, but the ASDK does not support hotfixes.

This issue should not affect the function or performance of your ASDK system. If you would like to fix this error, the only way is to reinstall the ASDK which includes the fix.

Hi Travis,
thx for your feeback - That´s what I expected - Would certainly redeploy ASDK with a version that includes the fix, but i checked back yesterday and there doesn´t seem to be a newer version of the ASDK avail. than 1.2102.0.9, right ?

That is correct.

I verified, and the current ASDK version does NOT include the fix, and will likely not have it included until the next major version. Even if you reinstall, there is a chance that this issue could re-appear. Your best bet is to move forward with your current installation if you are not experiencing any issues.
