Outlook Connector global scope registration broken-any fix?

Every time I try to register a new global scope connector there is an error (organisation scope registration is working fine): 104021-screenhunter-4538.png

Hi @JohnDAlton-2760 ,

Does this issue happen in outlook client? And what's the version of your Outlook? (File > Office Account > About Outlook)

As I know, it seems that there's no setting about global scope connector in outlook client. Please tell me what do you mean about global scope connector and how did you register?

By the way, I have done some research and found an article about registering connector with the office connectors develop dashboard for your reference. Is this related to your question?

If not, please provide more information about your issue.

No, this is before the Outlook client even connects, it is a failure of the site: https://outlook.office.com/connectors/oam/publish
Yes that article describes the dashboard and process, and it has worked 5 times for "org" scope, but for "global" scope the site always errors. The global scope registration is an option on that rego site- one of the 3 radio buttons which opens an extended input page.

Hi @JohnDAlton-2760 ,

Thanks for your reply.

According to your description, looks like your issue might be more related to connector development panel. Please kindly understand that the Outlook tag here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client and know little about connector development panel. In order to better solve your problem, we added some tags about development.

Thanks for your understanding and hope your question will be resolved soon.
