Hi! I was supposed to have my AZ-900 on 8th of June.
I arrived at the test center and found out they have moved to another location a year ago ( though on confirmation email Pearson VUE had old address still)
Then I rushed to a new location, but also found nothing there. I then looked for a number and called the test center, they said that due to COVID requirements they are not doing exams and I should have received e-mail about that. I did not received any email prior nor after.
I then contacted Pearson VUE, they created a ticket for me and said that someone will contact me in two days, if not I should contact again.
I received e-mail next day, stating ticket number and saying I should call and reschedule.
I called to re-schedule and was told that I should call 24-48 hours after the exam. When I said that it is already 24 hours after exam, they said I should wait another 24 hours. (also that was not stated in their email)
To sum up, exam did not happen and it was not my fault, however, I now need to keep calling them to have this rescheduled. Clearly there should be an easier way to do it. They could cancel existent booking for AZ-900 and enable me to book again, which I cannot do now as there is already booking for AZ-900.
Microsoft provides great learning material, however, when it comes to taking exam there should be improvements done to make sure partners like Pearson VUE are doing their job.
