Windows Updates get installed to early

Hello Community. I have a question regarding Windows Updates.
I have two groups of computers. One which shall get Windows Updates earlier (group A). The other group shall get it later (group B).
an example:

i have this gpo for the PermanentTestStage (group A)

i have this gpo for all the other Clients (group B)

i have expected that my client in group A gets Windows Updates on Fr 18.06.2021 and a client in group B on Fr 25.06.2021...

...but in reality i already have 182 clients which got the June Update for Windows 10 2004. (10.0.19041.1052)
(the group A contains only 80 clients)

i have no other gpo interfering with my Windows Update settings.
example of a rsop from a client in group B which got the june update too:

registry of the same "problemclient":

Now i ask myself what could be the reason? :-/

Could the problem be, that i not defined an install time? I have set it to Automatic.

You could use Configure Automatic Updates policy to control the update download and install time for different OU.
In my opinion, for the clients which need update early, just enable Configure Automatic Updates and choose - 4 - Auto download and schedule the install
Configure Automatic Updates by Using Group Policy | Microsoft Docs
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/windows/it-pro/windows-server-2008-R2-and-2008/cc720539(v=ws.10)

For the clients which need to delay update, Not Configured Configure Automatic Updates and enable:
Select when Preview Builds and Feature Updates are received
Select when Quality Updates are received

Quality Updates can be delayed for 30 days at most, feature updates can be delayed for 365 days at most.
