I'd check that the manufacturer chipset has been installed. The chipset allows the operating system to find and use devices integrated into the mother board.

Hi,

Does it a new physical machine and new system? If yes, please check if the hard drive is compatible and if you installed the related driver correctly?

You may try to rescan and check if the disk will show up.

Thanks for your time!
Best Regards,
Anne

Please open the BIOS > take pictures > post images or share links

If the drive is seen in the BIOS then post images of each:
a) disk management
b) device manager > disk drives
c) file explorer
