Can not save URL in "Configure the Enterprise Mode Site List"

Hello

We have activated Internet Integration and Enterprise Mode Site List in Intune to be able to administrate the compatibility of web pages we use.

Now I am trying to set the Enterprise Mode Site List with the URL
http://wpad.main.root.bkw-fmb.ch/enterprise_mode/MS_Ticket_emie_v2.xml

The XML file was created with Enterprise Mode Site List Manager using XML Schema v.2.

The problem:
I can not save the URL in the edited plolicy "Configure the Enterprise Mode Site List" (picture).
I do "Review+Save", then "Save", but next time I open the policy, the URL field is empty.

When I configure "Use the Enterprise Mode IE website list" using the same URL, it will be saved.

Could you help us to get these settings working?

Best regards, Pencho104302-enterprisemode-1.png

@PenchoTrifonov-8628 Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

For this issue, I try to change the URL in "Configure the Enterprise Mode Site List", but it shows as same as yours. It seems a known issue. The temporary fix is to configure this setting to be "Not configured" and save it, then set it to "Enabled" and reconfigure the URL.

Given this situation, it is better to open an online ticket to double confirm and find if there is more effective help. It is free. Here is the online support link:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/fundamentals/get-support

At the same time, I will try my best to feedback.

Thanks for understanding.

Hello LuDaiMSFT-0289
Thank you very much for this answer.
The temporary fix has worked.
Nevertheless I have opened a case by Microsoft - such behavior and workarounds are simply not acceptable in production environment.
Best regards, Pencho
