I store documents in sharepoint and use additional columns to identify cost centres etc. Documents are uploaded and I then add details to related columns by opening the document information panel. Just recently I have found that the choice columns are being automatically populated with the details of the previous document when I used the arrow key to move to the next document. This is causing problems as I had power automate flows that were triggered by the changes in these fields.
Can you let me know how to stop this auto filling of the choice fields from happening?
