MDM Enroll: Failed to receive or parse certificate enroll response

We try to enroll the window10 device to our own MDM server.
This error confuses us, we don’t know what went wrong . We carefully checked the response to the window10 and found no errors. Can you help us troubleshoot the problem?

MDM is currently not supported in the Q&A forums, the supported products are listed over here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/products (more to be added later on).
