Microsoft Sentinel Threat Intelligence (Preview) is not loading.

Hi There,

All of sudden the Microsoft Sentinel Threat Intelligence (Preview) is not loading. Can you suggest me what needs to be done.

  • Are you able to share a screenshot of what you're seeing so I can gain a better understanding of your issue?

  • Was this preview feature working previously within your Azure tenant?

  • Have you tried logging out/in or closing out of your browser (or going into private browsing) and re-opening to see if that resolves your issue?

Thanks for your response. Somehow the issue is automatically fixed after 2 days., :-)

Are you able to share a screenshot of what you're seeing so I can gain a better understanding of your issue?

Ans: Sorry, I could not take the screenshots, but it was showing the loading symbol

Was this preview feature working previously within your Azure tenant?

Ans: Yes it was working fine.

Have you tried logging out/in or closing out of your browser (or going into private browsing) and re-opening to see if that resolves your issue?

Ans: Yes I did all the above and also tested it in a different browser as well.

Thank you for the quick follow up on this issue and I'm glad that it self resolved after 2 days!

If this issue occurs again, I'd recommend reaching out to our support engineers via an Azure Support Request so they can take a look at this as soon as possible, and figure out an RCA as to why the preview isn't loading.
