Unable to activate Office 2016

Dear all, we purchase our Office 2016 from retail and seems like we get this error "office 2016 we're having trouble activating office"

We have disable the anti-virus, and check time zone as per Microsoft Support. Would anyone know why we can't activate ?

Strange to see this when I log in to check office.com

How did you activate the Office 2016? Did you have a Microsoft account or product key?

Yes we register a new outlook account for each Office 2016 we purchase.
So we will launch one of the Office products then go to Account and click on Activate.
Usually it have work for the past few years except this week.

Yes we have went through both links and also called Microsoft Support, they said there's no issue with the account.

Try to login in https://www.office.com/ with the Microsoft account and then From the Office home page select Install Office- Select Install (or depending on your version, Install Office>).

Try to reinstall the Office from Office portal.
