Please help in from where to begin and what is the process to migrate 2010 and 2016 designers workflows to power automate.

Hi, @sns1 ,

For migrating from SharePoint Designer workflow to Power Automate, you can refer to this guidance document as a starting point. And you will need to re-write all your designer workflows as Power Automate. There is no way to convert a workflow to Power Automate flow.

Here is a blog providing a plan on the whole migration process. Take it as a reference.
