Error fetching tenants

am getting below error inmy account

There was an error fetching tenants. Please reload the portal to try again. If you wish to switch tenants, you can sign in directly into a tenant by specifying the tenant domain or tenant id as part of the portal URL. For example, https://portal.azure.com/tenantdomain.com or https://portal.azure.com/tenantID

Thanks for reaching out.

Could you please try clearing cookies and cache from the browser or try accessing following portal ( https://aad.portal.azure.com/ & https://portal.azure.com/#@yourOrg.onmicrosoft.com )from different browser altogether to see if problem persist.

If you can get in you can set your default directory under directory + subscriptions:

I've solved! Avast AV decided to block https://management.azure.com/. Whitelisting it fix the issue

Thank you. I was facing the same issue. I fixed it by adding an exception in Avast AV as shown.

Steps: Open Avast Anti-Virus app >> Click Menu >> Setting >> Exception >> Add Exception >> Add the URL https://management.azure.com/*

i got the same issue and whitelist the url works for me
