Encrypted files in Windows 10

Hi
I had Windows 10 64-bit installed on my laptop;
Then I encrypted my files

After several months I had to reinstall my Windows, but now the files and folders I encrypted do not open and the error does not allow access

What do I need to do to access my files?

    If you lose access to your encrypted files and folders, you will not be able to open them again unless you are able to restore your file encryption certificate and key used with EFS.
    Therefore, if you do not have the certificate backed up, you have lost your files.
