@MohamedKamal-8998 Since your issue is more related to the office exchange, I've changed your tag to office-exchange-server-administration so that engineers from the office exchange team could see your issue. You could get more professional exchange support from them.
Thank You so much for your answer, actually once the user connects to the local network the outlook working good without any problem .
Hi @MohamedKamal-8998 ,
Does that mean it's still not working for external network users?
As NeelamFatimaTeacherOLevel-6089 said, please try removing the credential from Windows Credentials and re-login the Outlook client.
Best regards,
Lou

Thank you so much the the passwords in the Credentials manager is correct, the outlook working good on-premises however outside the local network or
using 4 G or any other internet connection other than on-premises the outlook disconnected.
Hi @MohamedKamal-8998 ,
Disconnected? Like this and not asking for the passwords?
I'm sorry that I think the situation is not clear for me. Do you mean you failed connecting on-prem Exchange with the outlook clients from external network?

Try clearing cached passwords, and then try adding password again.
If credential manager has already been cleared and still not working then follow these steps:
Exit Outlook First
Then open Control Panel -->Mail -->Show Profiles-->Click on "Add" to create a new profile
--->Configure your email/365 account.
Select "Always use this profile" on the new name of the new profile (so next time you load Outlook it's the new one
Restart Outlook and see how you get on. If you're still having issues it's bigger than the profile and could be authentication problem from the organization.
Thank you so much,
i solve it by creating a new profile and edit the registry Key to not go to the cloud or office 365 to validate that password
Thank you so much
