Not able to log in to Microsoft account because none of user has rights

First, I and My partner we two were an Administrator in our organization's account on Microsoft.

Second, None of us activated tow step authentication

Third, None of us are able to login to account

When we try to reset password its asking for Code on Microsoft Authenticator App. How to resolve please guide.

Try to "sign in another way" then you can reset the devices.

My problem is

We are two partners and were having access to work account but now none of use not able to login to it.

kenj@gainanalytics.in - Work account - when try to login - it asks for code on Microsoft authenticator app

amardeep@gainanalytics.in - work account - when try to login - it asks for password, i have forgotten password and not able to reset.

Please guide we are stuck

Look carefully on the login screen that asks for code on Microsoft Authenticator app. It should contain a "Sign in another way" link button that allow you to receive the code via registered email address. See the sample screen on the page that DSPatrick links to.

Its not true in the case of work account.

In that case, I think it would be easier to work with amardeep@gainanalytics.in one because it uses password to login only.

Submit your request to reset password through this form and see if they can help.
