Did it display Access denied?

Open administrative command prompt and type:

diskpart

automount scrub

It should display:

Diskpart successfully scrubbed the mount point settings in the system.

Automatic mounting of the volumes enabled

Reboot

Open Drive letter view > click view > click refresh > post new results

Hi, It worked! Thank you so much. Now,Should I reinstall the programs again that are affected105880-image-2021-06-16-023032.png?

You're welcome.

Install programs as usual.

Remember the diskpart command in case you need it in the future.

(Windows by design retains the drive letters)

Hi,
Firstly, I suggest that you could uninstall the game.
Create a new user account to log on PC. Then reinstall the game to check. Then use checkdsk tool below:
https://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/53235.windows-10-built-in-tools-for-hard-disk-health-check.aspx
If the issue still insists, check the Disk Management, how many disks you could see? such as disk 0, disk 1.
Have you found any unallocated space in Disk Management?
We could use diskpart command to check if disk include E drive.
https://support.purestorage.com/Solutions/Microsoft_Platform_Guide/Multipath-IO_and_Storage_Settings/View_Disk_Properties_and_LUN_Information_in_Windows
Hope this helps and please help to accept as Answer if the response is useful.
Best Regards,
Carl

For disk drive letters consider:

a) diskpart commands
b) third party software

Open administrative command prompt (ACP) and type or copy and paste: (all at one time)

Using diskpart there were two drive letters seen in the results.

Disk 0 WDC 120 has 4 partitions with C: on partition 4

Disk 1 ST 1000 has 1 partition with D: on partition 1

@Hachiman-9846 Hi,
Thank you for your information. indeed, diskpart command displays the normal disk condition just have two volume C and D.
For ghost CD Drive E, this is more like a specific DVDRAM drive.
Have you installed some third party software just like PowerISO,PowerDVD? or something related to mount ISO file.
If so, please uninstall it to check.
Hope this helps and please help to accept as Answer if the response is useful.
Best Regards,
Carl
