MS Teams manage user access.

I'll like to find out if it is possible to manage/check each individual user's access to the different Team's channels.

No, you cannot. If you are a Teams administrator, you could centrally manage teams in Microsoft Teams admin center. Member access management is based on each team.

So I'll have to go into all the channels one-by-one to check if the user has access into that channel?

Yes.
Perhaps, you could use script to export these datum. But this is not in our support scope.

You have to be a bit more specific here, what exactly do you want to check? You can check a person's Team membership via multiple admin tools, including the portal and PowerShell. Channels do not have separate membership/access restrictions, unless you're taking about Private channels.
