Seamless SSO from MS Access Application using ODBC to Azure SQL

Hi, we have an ms access application using ODBC to connect to Azure SQL. We want to authenticate using Azure AD (Office 365), it looks like federated logins maybe the only way I can get users to seamlessly authenticate? is it the only way ? and has anyone found a decent guide to help me achieve this ?
Many Thanks

Hi @DaveMoore-2498 , welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

I am checking on this and will get back at the earliest. Meanwhile you can look into below article on the same:

How to connect Microsoft Azure SQL to Office Access

Thanks for the reply ..
We have an MS Access application that uses ODBC to connect to Azure SQL.
We are trying to find a method that uses the already authenticated user (AD/Office365) to use those credentials without prompt to connect to Azure SQL (through ODBC) .

Integrated ODBC options indicate you can only use them in a Federated Flow. I'm looking for some help to understand how this can be set up.

Hope that makes sense. Many Thanks
