I tested in Safari (version 14.0.3) and Google Chrome (version 87.0.4280.88) with my test account. It works well.
It recommends you use other accounts to try to sign in Teams web client and observe the result. Meanwhile, client all cache in your browser.
If all the accounts are facing the same issue, please try to log in other kind of Teams client, such as Mac desktop client, Windows desktop client, Google Chrome in Windows, etc..
If no luck, confirm with your IT admin if he configures a conditional access policy in your organization.
