MCT offer training to coworkers and customers

I am an educational specialist with a non-profit organization that provides training/education assistance to low income customers. I want to teach MS Office to coworkers and customers. We are not a Microsoft Partner nor an educational institution so we are not a Microsoft Imagine Academy. How can I get approval to teach MS Office to small groups with the goal of the participants becoming MOS certified.

I currently do not have a MCT certification and am trying to decide if having the certification to fit the needs of my organization.
