Created case # 2106080040006460 a week ago, and nobody has called me. At this point, I'd even be willing to pay for support, but in Microsoft's eagerness to NOT help, there is no way to navigate a phone tree or online chat that results in me speaking to an actual human being on the phone.
I am attempting to setup a new Microsoft365 account for a domain that I own, but it is telling me the domain has already been used to set up a Microsoft 365 account at Microsoft. I do not have access to that account, and need it removed (again, since I own the domain).
