I Can't schedulle a test for the Az-900

I have a voucher to take de exam for the AZ-900 test but everytime i tried to schedulle i got the following error:

"We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam. To resolve the issue, try these steps in this order and return to the exam page to schedule the exam"

I did everything that is ask, change the computer, celphone... and still got the same message
