Azure account using old email address

I signed up for O365 using an old email address: jrhopkins83@verizon.net

I have since changed my subscription to my outlook account: jrhopkins83@outlook.com.

When I signed up for the free Azure account it used my old Verizon.net account. (see screenshot)

I also keep getting emails from Microsoft sent to my Verizon.net account. For example this morning when I called MS Support, she sent a verification code that showed up in both of my email accounts.

I've tried logging into MS with my Verizon.net account and it shows the account doesn't exist.

Is there somewhere in your systems that still has my old account?

Thanks

As this issue is not related to Office clients, I would modify the tag. Thanks for your understanding.

@RogerHopkins-7069 ,

I think your old email still may e present within your Microsoft account profile. Could you please check your profile by logging on to https://account.microsoft.com/profile

Please check if your old Verizon email is still present there . If yes , please remove it from there and test if this worked for you . I believe it should .

Hi and thank you,

It's not (see screenshot). And the fact that your response was sent to my Verizon address tells me it's somewhere else in the system.

Best,
Roger
