Hello All,

Any help will be thankful.

I have generated a CPU alert in Azure monitor with help of KQL query. After some time the CPU back in to the normal stage. unfortunately the alerts state is still showing as Fired. How the alerts will get automatically in Resolved state.

Regards,
Nikhil

    Hello @NikhilGS-9641,

This is expected since alerts (in this context) are "stateless".

This was intentionally designed to give the alert owner/admin the explicit rights to change the alert state to resolved/closed based on deep understanding of the embedded alert condition(s) that caused the firing of the alert.

Also note that you have the option to either change state on an alert or a smart group.

    Hope this helps,

    Cheers.
