Is that true microsoft is launching windows 11
Is that true microsoft is launching windows 11
So why is my 7th gen i7 7700 not supported for win 11 not cool Microsoft.
You'll find the supported processors over here:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/minimum/supported/windows-11-supported-intel-processors
You'll need TPM as well.
Bottom line win 11 will only run in a cpu
That has a Amd or Intel cpu that has locked id number,
TPM work at most lvl of cpu's made since start of mo/mo with uefi bios
I
Which will limit shelf builds and use of second hand computers, and hardwear,
as os Win 11 will not migrate with old pc one to new builds or pc that it changes owners,
To be legit you must install a new registered Win 11 Os
to get it to work
TPM is red herring
for M.S to get off the freebie win 10 Os merry go round they started
We going back to good old days
There is no official information about this yet, and Microsoft cannot of course reveal any information about this.
There are only rumours about Windows 11 for now, there may be some more information during the next big event on June 24th 2021.

rumours lol, It's a little late for that kind of statement considering lots of people including huge online influencers like
Linus has Windows 11 running already on Virtual Boxes, there's countless videos of the software running online.
See Why Microsoft is calling Windows 10 'the last version of Windows' - The Verge. That reports a statement made by Jerry Nixon, a Microsoft developer evangelist. There is nothing from any Microsoft representative that states clearly there is a new version except there is an official statement indicating there is a new version of Windows but there is nothing more about that. We must be patient; speculation can cause misconceptions.
This article is also over 6 years old, so I wouldn't say this is true anymore :-)
There was no expiration period or date in the statement. The statement said there will never be another version. You are implying that we cannot trust anything Microsoft says.
I'm not saying not to trust what Microsoft says, merely saying that things change A LOT in 6 years. Microsoft has also announced the retirement date for Windows 10 Home and Pro.
The way that MS keeps upgrading Win 10, they can continue to do this indefinitely without ever releasing a new version. Some of these upgrades could be considered new "versions" of Windows.
Also, if we read the official statement closely, the implication is that there will be a new UI for Windows 10. As I said, speculation can cause confusion but my speculation is that they are trying to build up attention to the new UI. So we simply need to be patient. One time NASA announced they will have a major announcement about the discovery of life. Everyone was excited. The actual announcement was a major disappointment. We need to be patient.
As of now, there is no official announcement about Windows 11.
Websites are claiming about possibility of the Windows 11 but they are not official.
What I could confirm is there is an event from the Microsoft Windows teams on the 24 June 2021 and here is the link:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/event
I suggest keep an eye on that.
But for sure there is no Windows 11 as of now.
Is that true microsoft is launching windows 11
There is no confirm information on this as of now. We need to wait till June 24 to get an acceptable answer.
