Disaster recovery is Microsoft's problem, not the customer's.
Backup, on the other hand, you can look into 3rd party solutions of which there are many, including from Veeam, AvePoint, etc. Generally these are cloud-to-cloud backups.
There are other backup solutions, i.e. one included with Synology NAS hardware, as well.
