I have added the 'address pool', 'name' and the 'public certificate data' field to the page and the save button stays grey.

@OliverSayers-0981 Ideally there should be other options listed on the Portal such as Tunnel Type and Authentication Type. See Picture below-

I do not see these options in the screenshot you attached. Can you try clearing cahce or using a different browser and let me know? Thanks!
There's no choice of 'Tunnul Type' or 'Auth Type' in the original post from Oliver so the gateway SKU should be 'Basic'. The problem of greyed-out 'Save' still applies.
Hi Sai Kishor,
Your colleague that I spoke to on chat asked me to try to access the website on incognito mode and I was still unable to save. I tried using a different browser and I am still unable to proceed.
Please can you check you are using the live version of the Portal? The YouTube video I am following has the screen set up like I have (and not like yours) - https://youtu.be/0GvMwCFhk08?t=1208
Thanks,
Oli

Hi Sai Keshor,
As you will see in this post, this is a bug with your webpage unfortunately - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/318974/azure-v-network-gateway-point-to-site-save-button.html?sort=votes
Maybe try logging into Azure from your PC at home (if you are currently using an Azure machine) and you might then experience what we do.
Thanks,
Oli
With Basic SKU, these drop downs doesn't come because the basic SKU only supports SSTP connections.
The option is still grayed out.
@OliverSayers-0981 @RaviSrivastava-8379 @GDB-8153 I received confirmation that this issue has been identified as a bug only for the Basic SKU version and a fix has been rolled out. This should be reflected soon on the Portal. Please let us know if you have any additional questions/concerns. Thank you!
