Strange one!!!
I have around 3-4 users that enrollment process doesn't prompt when we sign in to comp portal.
2 of the users are existing and has a phone enrolled in Intune already, when we try to sign into comp portal on a new phone enrollment steps doesn't prompt but can sign in.
When we sign in with a different user on the same phone that the 2 users are having issues, it works perfectly fine.
User and licensing settings are assigned correctly. Our device restrictions limit is set to 5.
Have you guys come across an issue like this? if yes, please share. :D
